This website constitutes the official online store of Lujomar, operated by Maria Petropoulou, based in Neos Kosmos, Athens, Greece.

Through our online store, we present and offer for sale clothing, footwear, and accessories, providing visitors with the ability to place secure online orders and communicate directly with the Company.

Use of this website implies full and unconditional acceptance of the present Terms & Conditions. If the user does not agree with any part of these terms, they must refrain from using the website and its services.

The use of the e-shop and all transactions are carried out at the sole responsibility of the user.

Payment Methods

Cash on delivery is  supported only for store pick up.

Available payment methods:

  • Credit / Debit Card

  • Bank Transfer

All transactions are carried out in a secure SSL environment. The Company does not store card details.

Delivery

Deliveries are completed within 1–5 business days, depending on the destination.

Delays may occur in cases of force majeure.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before order completion.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to return products within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

Return Conditions:

  • The product must be unused

  • All tags must be attached

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • The product must be free from stains, damage, or odors (e.g. perfume)

Underwear items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Refunds are processed using the same payment method as the original purchase.
