Return Policy

At Lujomar, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, you have the right to request a return within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you receive your items.

Returned products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. All original tags must be attached, and the item must be returned in its original packaging. Products must be free from stains, damage, or odors, including perfume or smoke.

For hygiene reasons, underwear and similar intimate items are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, customers must contact us via email at Lujomar@gmail.com before sending the product back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, and provided it meets all return conditions, a refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase. Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

Lujomar reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the above conditions.
